Was charged 100.00 at first. 2nd year 174.00 a month for what! How is someone supposed to afford that every month on top of other bills.

I've been renting a unit for about 6+years now and I just got a price increase again for 2023.I am going to have to pay almost $100.00 more for my unit than someone who just started renting a same size unit. As far as I'm concerned this is fraud; price gouging; and pure greed! I had rats destroying a lot of my beautiful properties and I even put a few claims in over the last few years and I have yet to receive any response from the company or the insurance company and they have the balls to charge $100.00 more than the prices they advertise??? Disgusting! And I'm going to be placing a call into the BBB to find out just how illegal/legal these price gouging is or isn't. Makes me sick!
